Breaking News: Manchester City agree Kevin De Bruyne fee

It seems that a deal for the Belgian international may finally be close to completion. Yes, the De Bruyne saga may soon be over after a fee was agreed this afternoon between Manchester City and Wolfsburg.

The Belgian international had an outstanding season last year, scoring ten goals and providing 20 assists for his team-mates to help the club to second place in the German top flight.

Despite struggling during his first spell at Chelsea, De Bruyne has since become one of the hottest properties in Europe, and it now looks like he will become City’s record signing.
