Arsenal were thought to be interested in Paulo Dybala, the 21-year-old, who has scored 13 goals this season, but have now been confirmed as suitors.
The Reds join other top European Clubs including Chelsea, Juventus and Roma who Zamparini insists have made enquiries for the Argentine, while PSG and Manchester United are also watching him.
Speaking to Canal Plus Zamaparini said: “Dybala is not Sergio Aguero but the new (Lionel) Messi.
“He’s not an out-and-out striker, but operates in every area of the field, like Messi.
“Will he stay? No, because the player and his agent aspire to a big club, and they’re right to do so. I’ve already received at least four offers.
“Two were from Italian clubs, and two were from abroad, and they include Arsenal and Juventus.”
Arsenal will be on the hunt for attacking recruits this summer with the aim of building a squad capable of challenging for the EPL title.
