Leeds United vs. Yeovil Town - e-Football Preview
Article by Leeds United Correspondent Alex Schroeter
Leeds United will hope to turn their recent form around, after losing four of their last six, against a Yeovil Town side who are on a high after beating Nottingham Forest 3-1 last weekend.
Having been on the wrong end of a derby defeat last weekend, Leeds United have since added Marius Zaliukas and should make the match squad after a goal scoring performance in midweek for the development squad. The other recent addition to our squad, Dexter Blackstock, is expected to start after coming off the bench to score on his debut last week. The departure of Aidy White to Sheffield United on loan is the only other noteworthy change to the squad.
Gary Johnson is expected to name an unchanged side from their win over Nottingham Forest, their first victory since the opening. Paddy Madden, James Hayter and Dan Seaborne should recover from recent illness to make the match squad while Kieffer Moore is more of a doubt.
Despite Leeds’ recent poor form I believe that their greater experience and newly discovered goal scoring will give them the edge at Elland Road on Saturday.
