Stoke City away, the game every team dreads, luckily it's on a cold Saturday afternoon as opposed to the famous cold and wet Tuesday night, although Stoke have been pulled into the relegation scrap they have only lost twice at home in the league this season so this game is still as tricky as it always is.

We have a good record at the Britannia Stadium having never lost in 6 visits, winning 5 and drawing the once and we have already won 2-0 there this season in the Capital One Quarter Final back in December, it wasn't the best game by far but we ground out the result and if we are to come away with the 3 points we need to dig in again.

Team News

Maraoune Felliani isn't too far away from match fitness but I wouldn't expect him to play any part in this game due to the physical nature of Stoke's play. Michael Carrick is still absent with an ankle injury and Nemanja Vidic sits out the last of he's three match ban.

Last 5 meetings (All Competitions)

Dec 2013 - Stoke 0-2 Man Utd
Oct 2013 - Man Utd 3-2 Stoke
Apr 2013 - Stoke 0-2 Man Utd
Oct 2012 - Man Utd 4-2 Stoke
Jan 2012 - Man Utd 2-0 Stoke

Prediction

Predicted Starting XI - De Gea, Rafael, Evans, Smalling, Evra, Young, Fletcher, Mata, Januzaj, Rooney, van Persie

I think we'll keep up our unbeaten run here and I'm going for a 2-1 away win.
