11 February – West Bromwich Albion 1-1 Chelsea. The Blues missed the chance to open up a gap at the top of the table, conceding a late equaliser to Victor Anichebe. Branislav Ivanovic had earlier followed up his winner at Manchester City by converting David Luiz’s flick on from Willian’s corner on the stroke of half-time.
11 February – Chelsea Youth 0-0 Wolves Youth. The youngsters began a busy week with a goalless draw against Wolves.
15 February – Chelsea Youth 2-2 Arsenal Youth. A very young Chelsea side containing nine scholars, fought back from 0-2 down to earn a late draw with goals from Jake Clarke-Salter and Tammy Abraham.
15 February – Manchester City 2-0 Chelsea. Chelsea succumbed tamely in the FA Cup tie at The Etihad. Despite naming a strong side, Mourinho’s charges put in a lacklustre performance, falling behind to an early Stevan Jovetic goal, before Samir Nasri put the game beyond reach midway through the second half. A minutes silence was observed before kick-off to mark the passing of Preston North End and England legend Sir Tom Finney.
18 February – Cardiff City Youth 0-2 Chelsea Youth. The Youth team completed a busy week by progressing to the next round of the FA Youth Cup with a hard fought victory in South Wales. Goals from Dominic Solanke and Alex Kiwomya set up a trip to Newcastle United in the sixth round.

11 February – Three Chelsea players have been selected for the England U18 squad to play Croatia next month. Midfielders Charlie Colkett and Kasey Palmer and winger Alex Kiwomya have been selected.
14 February – Young defender Sam Hutchinson has been loaned to Sheffield Wednesday for the remainder of the season. Hutchinson had been on loan at Vitesse Arnhem in during the first part of the season.
19 February – Chelsea Ladies have added their seventh new player for the upcoming FA Women’s Super League, with the signing of Dutch-born attacking midfielder Jackie Groenen, 19.
