With the boardroom dilemma still surrounding Birmingham City, money is tight and manager Lee Clark will continue to deal with a small budget. Here are some possible free transfers that Birmingham could sign whilst money issues surround the club. With five goalkeepers signed on full time deals for next season, that area is covered. But, we have found some Defenders, Midfielders and Attackers that could possibly boost the current playing squad, all set to released by their respective clubs.
Defenders: Ryan Edwards (Blackburn) Sean St Ledger (Leicester) Zak Whitbread (Leicester) Peter Clarke (Huddersfield) David Edgar (Burnley) Mathew Sadler (Crawley)
Midfielders: David Lopez (Brighton) Liam Feeney (Bolton) Andrea Orlandi (Brighton) Keith Southern (Huddersfield) Keith Treacy and Brian Stock (Both Burnley)
Attackers: Andrew Keogh (Blackpool) Leroy Lita (Swansea) Billy Paynter (Doncaster) David Ngog (Bolton).
